Trusted Software
Delivery

Verify, build, and deploy the code you legally own. Without depending on its author.
You own the code, but not the capability. Vendor software arrives as a sealed package: no way to verify the delivered source matches the running binary, no way to build, test, or deploy without the vendor, and every new version is a package you must simply trust. We build the pipeline that ends that: your platform builds what you run, from the source you own, behind gates you control.

01 / Concept

Your platform builds
what you run

Vendors deliver source plus declarative build instructions. Your platform runs the gates, builds, and verifies, then deploys through the same reviewed GitOps flow as everything else.
Source, gates, build, deploy Trusted Software Delivery
  1. 01 / Vendor source arrives
Your repository Source plus declarative build instructions. Under your access control.
  2. 02 / Security gates
Risky components stop here Static analysis, dependency scanning, container scanning, secret detection, license compliance. An SBOM for every build.
    Failed gate / quarantine
Risky components are quarantined before they enter.
  3. 03 / Build, sign, attest
Built in your environment Images built in your environment, cryptographically signed, provenance attested.
  4. 04 / Verify and deploy
Checked, then deployed Your build output is compared against what the vendor shipped. Then it deploys through the same reviewed GitOps flow as everything else.
Your repository, your gates, your build, your deploy.
The four stages show the delivery model. Checks apply to source, dependencies, and images; risky components are quarantined before entry. Builds are signed and attested, compared against the vendor output, and deployed through reviewed GitOps.
Why now

This stopped being theoretical.

The build pipeline is the new target.

Adversaries compromise a dependency or a build server and ship signed malware to everyone downstream. SolarWinds arrived as a legitimate vendor update.

Your software is mostly other people's code.

Modern applications are assembled from open-source components. When the next Log4Shell lands, "are we affected?" is unanswerable for a sealed package.

Security audits are becoming law.

NIS2 and the EU Cyber Resilience Act make supply-chain security, SBOMs, and provable patching a legal obligation, for what you run, not just what you wrote. You can't verify, or audit, what you can't build.
What we build

Own your build chain.

Vendors deliver source plus declarative build instructions, nothing else. Your platform does the rest:

Vendor source arrives.

01
Into your repository, under your access control.

Security gates.

02
Static analysis, dependency scanning, container scanning, secret detection, license compliance. An SBOM for every build. Risky components are quarantined before they enter, not flagged after.

Build, sign, attest.

03
Images built in your environment, cryptographically signed, provenance attested.

Verify and deploy.

04
Your build output is compared against what the vendor shipped. Then it deploys through the same reviewed GitOps flow as everything else.

Not limited to cloud-native.

We build these pipelines for traditional and monolithic workloads too: extracting, packaging, and preparing them for containerized, stateless deployment. This is also the enabler for replatforming legacy applications without rewriting them.
02 / Evidence chain

One chain
of evidence

Source, build, and runtime stay linked by what each step carries: an SBOM for every build, a cryptographic signature, and provenance attested.

Verification, on every delivery, automatically. Posture provable, auditable, continuous.
Source feeds the build, and the build hands runtime a signed image with its SBOM and provenance attestation. Each step carries evidence you can check, so the posture stays provable, auditable, and continuous.

How we deliver

Projects

Built with you.
Owned by you.

Pipeline and platform build in your environment, gates configured to your policy, combined teams, structured knowledge transfer.
When the engagement ends, your team runs the chain.
Operations & Support

Operated as our own.

The build chain run as a service under SLA: gate maintenance, SBOM and vulnerability triage, dependency response when the next disclosure lands.
Bring one vendor application. We'll show you what its verified build chain looks like.
