AI & ML Platforms

Your models. Your data. Your hardware.

Your models. Your data. Your hardware.

The most common reason organizations come to us about AI is data privacy. The workloads that would benefit most from AI are usually the ones whose data cannot leave: client records, operational telemetry, regulated communications. We build the platforms that resolve that tension: AI and ML running inside your perimeter, on infrastructure you own, to the same engineering standard as everything else we operate. And we build the custom models that run on them.

The best AI lives in someone else's cloud.

For sensitive workloads, a foreign cloud API is often not allowed at all. That is the first reason this pillar exists, and for most of our clients the only one that matters: the data stays. The second is control: no dependency on an external provider's release cadence, terms, or continued goodwill for your AI capability to keep working. And third, less important but real: the cost shape changes, from unpredictable per-token spend that grows with success to planned capacity you own and budget. What you are choosing is where the AI runs and who controls it.
01

Models as a service, inside your walls.

Teams, agents, and systems consume models through a governed gateway: guardrails, security controls, full audit, per-team budgets and throughput. Behind it, open-weight models running on your GPUs, inside your perimeter. Where policy allows, cloud models can sit behind the same gateway, routed strictly by data sensitivity, so local and cloud AI are consumed one way: one gateway, one policy set, one audit trail.
02

The models are good enough now.

Two years ago, running AI locally meant accepting a visibly weaker model. That is no longer the trade. Mixture-of-experts architectures put sub-300B open models close to the multi-trillion-parameter generation before them at a fraction of the serving cost, specialized models under 30B keep appearing, and the serving recipe (quantization, KV cache optimization, parallelism, batching, caching) decides how much model a given GPU actually holds. For the work that fills an enterprise, the deciding factor is where the model runs, not how it scores.

→ Local AI & Sovereign Inference makes this argument in full.
03

We deliver every inferencing service an organization needs.

Model selection and evaluation against your actual workloads, not benchmarks. Optimization for the hardware you have: quantization, serving configuration, throughput and latency tuning. Observability on the LGTM stack and per-team consumption metering, built in rather than added later. And models as a service internally, with per-team allocation and budgets. Enterprise stack (OpenShift AI) or open source (vLLM, SGLang, Ollama, LiteLLM): the capability matters, not the tool.
04

Sovereignty is a spectrum. Start where you are.

A · Start here: cloud, behind a governed gateway. Cloud models fronted by your gateway, with sensitive data anonymized on egress and fail-closed guards (→ context-aware anonymization, under Agentic Engineering). Start now. No hardware wait, no raw data leaving.

B · Rented GPU. Evaluate open-weight models against your real workload before committing capital to hardware.

C · Owned hardware. Your GPUs, our MLOps: serving stack, optimization, capacity planning, lifecycle.

D · Destination: fully in-perimeter inference. Models served entirely inside your data center. The sovereign end state.

Same platform at every step. No rebuild between steps.
05

Every AI workload, one platform.

Inference is where most organizations start, not where they stop. The same platform is the enablement layer for any AI/ML workload: large language models, classical machine learning, computer vision, custom frameworks, consumed by multiple teams on shared infrastructure.
06

Real multitenancy, governed and billed.

Per-team identity, access policies, quotas, rate limits, workload isolation, guardrails, and a full audit trail. Usage metering turns into internal billing (showback or chargeback), and monitoring covers usage, performance, and cost per team, per model, per workload.
07

Hardware that earns its keep.

Hardware-agnostic by design: we make the most of whatever accelerators you own, through GPU partitioning and time-slicing, priority scheduling, and preemptible training. Small jobs never occupy whole accelerators, and inference is never starved. If you're buying, we advise on the hardware against your use cases and projected growth, in an industry where models keep getting larger, and we apply the most advanced serving configurations and recipes so large models fit and run at scale as well as the hardware physically allows.
08

Self-service to the end.

OpenAI-compatible endpoints and a key. Notebooks with GPU profiles, ready to run. Templated training jobs. One-click model publishing. No tickets, and no ceiling: advanced users go as deep as they need.
09

Yours, rebuildable.

Open source at every layer, no vendor telemetry, no cloud control plane, no external licensing checks. Every line of configuration lives in your Git, and the platform can be redeployed in its current state in minutes.
10

The stack is in every model's training data.

The projects in this layer are extensively documented in public, so your engineers can troubleshoot, extend, and evolve the platform with AI assistance. Proprietary internals aren't in any model's training data, so every non-trivial question routes back to the vendor, recreating exactly the dependency the platform was built to remove.

Custom AI & ML systems

Models built for your problem.
Not a chatbot on top of it.

Beyond the platforms, we design and build the models themselves: applied AI/ML systems for operational problems, delivered end to end from data pipeline to production serving. The domains we work in today:
Prediction and forecasting on operational data.
Regression and ranking models over live operational streams. For an air navigation service provider we are prototyping landing-time prediction and arrival sequencing: gradient-boosted models over engineered flight, weather, and traffic features, with uncertainty bands per prediction, because operators think in tolerances, not point estimates.
Computer vision at the edge.
Video analyzed where it is captured, on GPU hardware at the site, with only structured events and short evidence clips leaving. For a national road operator we have designed driver-safety detection (seatbelt, phone in hand) fused with vehicle telemetry and weather conditions into one explainable violation score. Privacy is architectural, not procedural: raw footage never leaves the site.
Imagery and change detection.
Pipelines over recurring satellite or aerial imagery: co-registration against baselines, detection of change (road surface degradation, snow and ice cover, damaged infrastructure), every finding anchored to an exact location and routed as an event.
Evidence-grade AI.
Where model output feeds enforcement or legal process: cryptographically signed captures, immutable append-only records, versioned decision limits so any historical score can be defended against the rules in force when it was made, and a full chain of custody.
Assistants over model outputs.
Plain-language interfaces for operators and analysts, grounded exclusively in the model's own predictions and explanations. The language model is never in the prediction path. It explains; it doesn't decide.

How we work on ML, and why it's different

Baseline first.
Every model must beat an honest, transparent baseline before it earns its place. If physics or arithmetic solves it, we tell you.
Right-sized models.
At most operational data volumes, well-engineered features on boosted trees beat deep learning on accuracy per unit of effort. We start there and escalate only when the data justifies it.
Explainability as a deliverable.
Factor analysis on every prediction, global and per case ("headwind on final: +1.8 minutes"). In our engagements this is a contractual clause, not a slide.
Validation you can trust.
Strictly temporal train/test splits, accuracy reported per prediction horizon, lift over baseline on every metric, and failure cases shown honestly in the demo.
Models as versioned artifacts.
Every model ships with its data version, training run, and metrics on record. New versions roll out canary-first against the live model. Rollback is a revert.
The same discipline we apply to infrastructure, applied to models: baselines, versions, audits, and no claims we can't demonstrate on your own data.

How We Deliver

Projects

Built with you.
Owned by you.

Platform and model builds in your environment, with combined teams and structured knowledge transfer. Everything is code in your Git: the platform, the pipelines, the model lifecycle. When the engagement ends, your team runs it.
Platform builds run this way from the start: a Local AI setup or a unified platform is an engineering project, not an experiment.
Operations & Support

Operated as our own. Models included.

24/7 operation of AI platforms and the models on them, backed by 20+ years of operating and supporting client systems: serving infrastructure, capacity, model monitoring, drift detection, retraining cycles, and canary rollouts, under SLA.
